Resonance” comes from the Latin “resonare” meaning “to echo.” First seen around the 16th century, resonance referred to sound reinforcement by reflection or by the frequency of a neighbouring object.

Our internal frequencies, quiet energies connecting us to source energy, are tuned through our awareness and beliefs. Our frequencies will shift as we seek to grow and expand our personal and spiritual awareness. It’s a recalibration when new knowledge challenges beliefs and perceptions, and we reevaluate our views. When the recalibration aligns with a universal truth, a profound awakening occurs.
