!Bring Those Groceries During The Pandemic
Contactless and simple makes a huge difference for me.
When COVID hit I learned pretty quickly that I am high risk for it. The lung damage I have from a decade of working in a dusty environment would make a good outcome doubtful.
BUT, I was blessed with having friends in the community who cared.
One of them immediately offered to do my shopping for me. I’ve kept that to a monthly shop, although I do on occasion have something picked up during the month.
When my friend Bill asked me to install an app called Bring! On my tablet I was a tad curious to say the least. Bring! Is a shopping list app.
He told me he’s been using this regularly in his busy household of two almost adult males, a wife running a business and him in the military. It took him a while to get them into the habit of entering anything that was needed into the app.
When he finishes work, he checks the app and will stop to pick up anything on the list on his way home.
When he explained it to me, my thought was, well okay for a family to share but how would he keep my stuff separate.
